I offer table and chair massage in your office, home or mine.
The techniques used are a combination of Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Deep Therapeutic Massage, Lymphatic Massage and Reflexology used slowly and intuitively to achieve muscle relaxation and tendon pain release. Each massage is an individual experience and developed to take in to consideration each clients personal needs.
My clientele varies from ages 5 to 105 (yes I actually had a client that age). The reasons for massage range from relaxation and reflexology to the more common Therapeutic & sports massage, as well as injuries & pain. I have many clients who have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, various disc problems, sciatica, thoracic outlet and referred pain. I take pride in giving a deep massage without the pain of a rolfing session (a type of deep tissue massage), yet accomplishing similar results. It is possible to reach deep tissue without pain.
